Hardness Analyzer
The Hardness Analyzer adopts advanced digital communication design and can be directly connected to various monitoring and automation systems via an RS485 interface (supporting Modbus RTU protocol). It offers a real-time, stable, and cost-effective solution for on-site hardness monitoring. The device enables immediate transmission of water sample hardness data and is equipped with intelligent functions such as remote status monitoring, parameter configuration, online automatic calibration, and fault diagnostics, significantly reducing maintenance frequency and labor costs while ensuring operational efficiency and data reliability.
The instrument features an IP68-rated industrial-grade dustproof and waterproof enclosure, paired with a 1000N high-tensile Kevlar fiber cable to ensure stable signal transmission over distances of up to 1.2 kilometers. It is suitable for harsh on-site environments, including reservoirs, rivers, drinking water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment facilities.
