Free Chlorine Analyzer is designed for applications in drinking water, industrial processes, water treatment, wastewater, and swimming pools. Based on a three-electrode amperometric measurement principle, it provides accurate monitoring of free chlorine levels in water and delivers stable, reliable measurement data for continuous operation. The analyzer is mounted on a PVC panel and can be directly connected to the sampling line, offering plug-and-play convenience while eliminating the need for additional chemical reagents, which helps reduce daily operation and maintenance requirements.

The Free Chlorine Analyzer features an integrated compact housing with a built-in transmitter and sensor, along with ultra-low power consumption, a 1000 N high-tensile Kevlar cable, real-time pH and temperature compensation, electrode self-cleaning, and stable pressure and flow control. These functions help minimize the influence of pressure and flow fluctuations, ensuring long-term measurement stability. The system also supports RS485 digital communication and the standard Modbus RTU protocol, allowing direct connection with PLCs and HMI systems. Through the AQCFG utility software, users can perform data reading, calibration, parameter setting, and fault diagnosis. Altogether, the SMR03 Series provides a free chlorine monitoring solution that combines accuracy, stability, and management efficiency.

The Total Chlorine Analyzer is connected directly via RS485 communication interface, providing simple, reliable, cost-saving process data with remote monitoring, calibration, configuration and diagnostic capabilities. Housing in a robust IP68 proof enclosure, 1000 N tensile strength Kevlar reinforced cable, up to 1.2 km digital data transmission, the transmitter is ideally used in water / wastewater industry.
