SMR28 Series
Nitrite Analyzer
The Nitrite-Nitrogen Analyzer provides a simple, stable, and cost-effective solution for continuous water quality monitoring. It is specifically designed for applications that require long-term tracking of nitrite-nitrogen concentrations, such as wastewater treatment plants, drinking water facilities, river monitoring stations, aquaculture operations, and environmental protection agencies. This device utilizes a colorimetric analysis method. Under acidic conditions, nitrite reacts with sulfanilic acid to undergo a diazotization reaction, followed by a coupling reaction with N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine to form a stable red azo compound. The analyzer measures the absorbance of this compound using photoelectric colorimetry, accurately converting it into the nitrite-nitrogen concentration in the water sample. This ensures real-time, reliable data with high repeatability. Housed in a durable, corrosion-resistant enclosure with IP68 protection, the system is built to withstand harsh outdoor environments. NO₂⁻-N Analyzer supports flexible installation configurations and features a low-maintenance design, significantly reducing labor costs and maintenance risks.
