MET10-W Series
Total Arsenic Analyzer
The total arsenic analyzer enables real-time and stable measurement of arsenic ion concentrations in water samples, helping management authorities effectively ensure water quality safety. The system utilizes a photoelectric colorimetric analysis principle, in which arsenic and its compounds in the sample are converted into arsenic ions after digestion. Under acidic conditions, the ions react with a dedicated chromogenic reagent to form a colored complex. The absorbance is then measured using a high-precision optical system to calculate the total arsenic concentration, delivering high accuracy, excellent repeatability, and long-term stability.
The As analyzer is equipped with high-quality pumps and critical components, featuring low reagent consumption and minimal waste discharge, effectively reducing operating and maintenance costs. Designed with an embedded hardware–software architecture and modular construction, the system offers reliable performance and flexible installation. It also supports RS485 communication, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and cloud platforms to help build an intelligent and high-efficiency water quality monitoring and management system.
