SMR04 series
pH Analyzer
The pH analyzer is specifically designed for a wide range of water quality monitoring and process control applications, providing stable, real-time, and reliable pH measurement results. It is widely used in drinking water, surface water, groundwater, industrial processes, and wastewater treatment. By combining advanced online water quality monitoring functions with the concept of predictive maintenance, the product not only continuously monitors changes in water pH, but also enables real-time sensor status tracking through online diagnostics. This helps identify potential abnormalities or failures at an early stage, reduce sensor maintenance and replacement frequency, and further optimize overall operating costs.
The analyzer adopts a modular water quality sensing design with replaceable electrodes and a standard M12 connector, allowing users to select the appropriate electrode type according to different application requirements. In addition, the dual salt bridge reference electrode design and optional differential electrode configuration help improve measurement accuracy, extend electrode service life, and enhance anti-fouling performance in harsh water quality environments.
The product features an integrated compact housing with a built-in transmitter and sensor, combined with an IP68 rugged submersible anti-corrosion enclosure, allowing direct on-site installation without the need for an additional control box. It also offers ultra-low power consumption, a 1000 N high-tensile Kevlar cable, temperature compensation, surge isolation protection, and built-in memory.
The system supports RS485 digital communication and the standard Modbus RTU protocol, enabling direct connection with PLCs and HMI systems. Through the AQCFG utility software, users can perform data reading, calibration, parameter setting, and fault diagnosis. Overall, it provides users with a pH analyzer solution that combines accuracy, stability, and management efficiency
