Warranty Policy

Limitation of Liability : 

AQUAS Inc. offers warranty services for products (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") during the warranty period.
I. Warranty Period The warranty period is 1 year, coming into effect from the date of delivery.

II. Warranty Coverage AQUAS provides a warranty for material and manufacturing defects in the Product. The warranty for the Product is valid only when the Product is correctly installed and used by trained and qualified personnel of AQUAS.  AQUAS' software (including but not limited to system software, configuration calibration software, communication software, etc.), data transmission quality, battery operating time, etc., are not covered by this warranty. AQUAS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free operation of the Product, and should not be liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with relevant usage instructions.

AQUAS’ obligation under this Warranty shall be void and of no effect if any of the following apply:
(1) the Product experiences defects, malfunctions, or failures due to force majeure events (such as flooding, earthquakes,lightning, fires, etc.), environmental interference, electromagnetic interference, improper operation, poor power supply, or other external factors, or if there is misuse (such as self-repair or modification)
(2) Warranty has expired.
(3) the Product has been improperly used, abused, not regularly maintained, or modified and repaired without authorization. In this cases, AQUAS reserves the right to independently determine and decide whether to provide warranty services.
(3) the Product is customized or OEM-designed.
(4) Non-original brand accessories.
(5) Damage resulting from updates, modifications, or improper use by the customer or third parties designated by the customer.
(6) the Product's casing/enclosure is opened.
(7) Disassembling circuit boards and cables.
(8) Exposure of the Product to harsh environments such as high/low temperatures, high pressure, corrosive substances,radiation, vibration, magnetic fields, etc.
(9) the Product is damaged due to external forces such as compression, impacts, twisting, falls, etc.
(10) External cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and breakage.
(11) Use of non-original company batteries and chargers.
(12) Damage resulting from the use of third-party components or products that do not meet our company's specifications. (13) Non-compliance with guidelines published by our company, including but not limited to technical specifications, user manuals, and maintenance instructions.
(14) Damage resulting from repairs (including upgrades and expansions) conducted by representatives or service centers not designated by our company.
(15) Removal or defacement of any serial numbers on the product.
(16) Inability to provide proof of being an authorized user of the product in any manner.
(17) Purchase of the product through second-hand resale or distribution channels not authorized by our company.
(18) Consumables such as fuses, batteries, electrodes, protective coatings, LED, Xenon lamps, antennas, etc.If the product does not meet the conditions for free warranty, AQUAS reserves the right to reject component inspection, repair, or replacement. If AQUAS decides to provide relevant services, please contact our sales personnel for the product repair service fee schedule.

III. Warranty Service Procedure and Content
(1) Before returning the product, you must first fill out a repair request form and submit it to AQUAS to obtain a set of ReturnMerchandise Authorization (RMA) codes, which are required for inspection and repair.
(2) AQUAS does not assume the risk of product damage during the return and repair process, and the product must be sent back in its original packaging with shipping costs paid by the customer.
(3) the Product that has been repaired or replaced under assistance from our authorized dealer or service center enjoys a warranty period of 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, or the remaining period of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
(4) AQUAS reserves the right to decide whether to provide repair, replacement with a new or good product, or decline repair after inspecting the product. The Product that has been replaced or refunded is considered our company's property and will not be returned.
(5) If the Product cannot be repaired or replaced, or if the issue persists after repair or replacement, AQUAS will refund the price after considering depreciation.
(6) The estimated turnaround time for inspection and repair is approximately 3-4 weeks, but this does not include situations such as a shortage of repair parts, product discontinuation, or cost negotiations.

IV. Disclaimer Clause
(1) In the maximum extent permitted by law, AQUAS shall not be held responsible for any infringement, direct, indirect, special,incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of income, actual or anticipated profit loss (including contract profit loss), loss of capital, expected deposit loss, business loss,opportunity loss, loss of reputation, data loss, loss, breach, or damage, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage for any reason. This also encompasses expenses incurred for replacing equipment and property, as well as for the repair, design, or replication of programs or data stored or used in the company's products. AQUAS does not assume any responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of data stored in its products or for the malfunction of third-party equipment, even if the possibility of such events was foreseeable.
(2) If the product is used in applications that could potentially lead to direct or indirect harm to human life, equipment damage,including but not limited to infrastructure and related equipment, military or military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, control systems, and equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from such applications.
(3) In order to continually improve product quality and performance, the company reserves the right to change product's appearance, content, or specifications without prior notice.
(4) The company cannot guarantee that performing any product repairs or replacements under this warranty will not pose risks toor result in the loss of information stored on the product.

V. Other Terms
(1) This product warranty policy supersedes any other oral, written, statutory, express, or implied agreements or warranties.(2) In the event of any discrepancies in the interpretation of the content between the Chinese and English versions of this warranty policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
(3) The company's responsibility is limited to the manufacturing, sale, and normal supply and use of the product. Whether under the terms of this warranty, product contracts, or other product liability, the company's liability shall not exceed the cost of the product. The company is also not liable for any profit loss or consequential damages caused by the product.
(4) Any modification, extension, or supplementation of these warranty terms by any of AQUAS' distributors, agents, or employees is not authorized.
(5) The company reserves the right to modify the warranty terms at any time, including the duration, warranty coverage, service delivery method, service options, repair options, parts supply, and response time.
